Terms of Service

Inevora is building an AI product-listing and catalog-management tool for fashion sellers — designed to turn a product photo into marketplace-ready listings for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Shopify, and to keep them as a catalog you own and monitor. The product is under active development.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.

The Service is offered on a pre-release, beta basis. This means:

• it is provided free of charge during the beta, and features, availability and pricing may change or be introduced later;
• it may contain bugs, incomplete features or inaccuracies, and any AI-generated output should be reviewed by you before you rely on or publish it;
• we may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability; and
• requesting beta access does not guarantee that access will be granted.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
• submit content that infringes the rights of others or that you do not have the right to share; or
• misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a business.

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to us (such as your business details and, in future, your product data and catalog). You grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to operate, provide and improve the Service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and the Inevora name and logo, is owned by Inevora and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without our prior written permission.

The Service references and may integrate with third-party platforms, including marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Shopify. Those platforms are owned by their respective companies; Inevora is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own terms and policies.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any AI-generated output will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inevora and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including reliance on any AI-generated listings or catalog data. Because the Service is provided free of charge during the beta, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the Service, which during the beta is zero.

You agree to indemnify and hold Inevora harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the beta. You may stop using the Service and ask us to remove your information at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
