We collect only the information we need to run the beta and improve the product:

• Information you give us. When you request beta access or contact us, we collect the details you choose to provide — such as your name, email address, business or store name, the marketplaces you sell on, and anything you write to us. Our beta sign-up form is hosted on Google Forms, so information you submit through it is also processed by Google on our behalf.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive limited technical information when you browse — such as your approximate region, device and browser type, and the pages you view. We use a privacy-friendly analytics service (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) that measures aggregate usage and performance without cookies and without building an advertising profile of you.
• Preferences stored on your device. We store a small display preference (such as theme) locally in your browser. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we do not buy personal data about you from third parties.

We use the information above to:

• review beta requests and contact you about early access;
• respond to your questions and provide support;
• understand how the site is used so we can improve its content, performance and reliability;
• share occasional product updates about the beta (only where you have asked to hear from us — you can opt out at any time); and
• keep the site secure and comply with our legal obligations.

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give us when you submit a form or contact us, and to pursue our legitimate interests in operating and improving the site. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us — see Your rights below.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate the site and beta, and only as needed:

• Hosting & analytics — Vercel, which hosts the site and provides privacy-friendly analytics.
• Forms & email — Google, which hosts our beta sign-up form and our email inbox.

These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here — for example, for the duration of the beta program and our relationship with you — after which we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and we rely on established providers (such as Vercel and Google) that maintain their own security safeguards. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The service providers we use may store and process information on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your information continues to be protected in line with this policy.

You have the right to access, correct, update or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw your consent or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at inevoraecosystem@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This website and beta are intended for business users and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.

Our site and product references may link to third-party services, including marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Shopify. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services — please review their own policies.

As Inevora moves from beta toward a full product, we will update this policy to reflect new features and data practices. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
